UVS is a device that implements the technology of treating substances in a vortex layer by interacting rotating high-intensity electromagnetic fields with ferromagnets and with a substance that causes structural chemical changes in the latter. A rotating electromagnetic field with a high power density is induced by the inductor inside the working area of the UVS. A number of physical phenomena are observed in the working chamber: cavitation caused by acoustic waves, microelectrolysis arising in a magnetic field induced on ferromagnets, and magnetostriction. As a result, the following chemical processes take place in the UVS: oxidation, reduction of a number of compounds; precipitation of metals from solution in the form of hydroxide; partial decomposition of water (ionization); destruction of associates; decomposition (partial) of organic compounds; activation and disinfection of water.
