103WE USE THE FOLLOWING METHODS IN OUR WATER TREATMENT PROJECTS:

- electrocoagulation with insoluble electrodes in non-stationary modes

- galvano-coagulation

- electroflotation

- non-stationary electrodialysis

- electromagnetic processing

- baromembrane treatment

- ozonation

ADVANTAGES AND SPECIFIC FEATURES OF TECHNOLOGY

The proposed technology has the following advantages:

1. It is non-reagent, as it does not have technological processes with the participation of additionally introduced chemicals (reagents, catalysts).

2. Environment friendly, because highly toxic substances are not introduced and are not formed, thereby eliminating harmful or dangerous effects on the environment and maintenance personnel.

3. Universality achieved by a combination of processing methods on various physical principles, allowing to process the most complex solutions and mixtures in a wide range of concentrations, regardless of the types of dissolved impurities, including highly toxic substances, heavy metals and isotopes.

4. Energy efficiency, because the cost of the entire cleaning cycle of the most complex pollution is 7.5-10 kWh/m3 of purified water, light - up to 1kW*h/m3.

5. Manufacturability achieved by automating processes, a small number of moving parts and mechanisms, as well as a modular architecture that allows maintenance by replacing devices and assemblies.

6. Compactness and mobility, since takes up little space and can be executed in container (mobile) and stationary form.

7. Economic efficiency, expressed in low operating costs (only the cost of electricity), due to the long service life of ion-exchange membranes and the use of inexpensive specially selected graphite composite electrodes.
